BLUE & BLOOBS CHIA YOGURT BOWL

Whenever you are feeling festive, this colorful bowl will rise to the occasion!


SERVES 1


INGREDIENTS:


YOGURT BASE:

  • 3/4 - 1 cup unsweetened dairy free yogurt

  • 1 scoop protein powder

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1/4 tsp Blue Spirulina powder

  • 1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract

  • 1/2 lemon, juiced

  • 1 scoop collagen powder, optional

TOPPINGS:

  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries (option to microwave on high for 2 minutes to enhance their natural sweetness)

  • 1 tsp maple nut butter

  • 1 tbsp raw cacao nibs

  • 1 tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes


DIRECTIONS:

  1. Combine all the base ingredients into a bowl and stir to combine.

  2. In a separate bowl, microwave blueberries if desired. Pour the warm berries over the yogurt.

  3. Top base with your favorite crunchy toppings and a drizzle of nut butter if desired.
