BLUE & BLOOBS CHIA YOGURT BOWL

Whenever you are feeling festive, this colorful bowl will rise to the occasion!

SERVES 1
INGREDIENTS:
YOGURT BASE:
3/4 - 1 cup unsweetened dairy free yogurt
1 scoop protein powder
2 tbsp chia seeds
1/4 tsp Blue Spirulina powder
1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract
1/2 lemon, juiced
1 scoop collagen powder, optional
TOPPINGS:
1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries (option to microwave on high for 2 minutes to enhance their natural sweetness)
1 tsp maple nut butter
1 tbsp raw cacao nibs
1 tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes
DIRECTIONS:
Combine all the base ingredients into a bowl and stir to combine.
In a separate bowl, microwave blueberries if desired. Pour the warm berries over the yogurt.
Top base with your favorite crunchy toppings and a drizzle of nut butter if desired.
