GINGERBREAD KETO COFFEE

On Instagram lately, I have had a TON of requests for a new spiced keto coffee recipe! My absolute favorite go to is from my Harvest Gloew cookbook but this recipe is a CLOSE second!

SERVES 1


INGREDIENTS:


Gingerbread Cookie Spice Blend:

  • 1 tbsp ground ginger

  • 1 tbsp carob powder (optional)

  • 2 tsp cinnamon

  • 1/4 tsp clove

  • Pinch of ground nutmeg


Keto Coffee:

  • 10oz brewed Purity Coffee

  • 2 oz unsweetened cashew or almond milk (optional)

  • 1 tsp coconut oil

  • 1/8 tsp gingerbread cookie spice blend

  • Pinch Celtic sea salt


DIRECTIONS:

  1. In a small glass jar, add all the spices. Put the lid on and shake to combine. Store until ready to use.

  2. To make keto coffee, add brewed coffee, milk, coconut oil, salt and spice blend to a blender. Blend for 15 seconds or until frothy and serve.


*NOTE: I like to steep the spice mix and sea salt on my French press (or drip coffee pot container) with the ground coffee instead of adding to the blender to get the most flavor but this step is optional!
