SPRING GREEN PISTACHIO & PEAR SMOOTHIE

Spring is in the air! This gorgeous and sweet combination of pistachio and pear is a delicious and satiating start to your day! Enjoy!


Serves 1


INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/4 frozen pear

  • 1 cup water or unsweetened nut milk

  • 1/2 cup ice

  • 1/4 cup frozen spinach, optional

  • 3 tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes (or 1 tbsp coconut butter)

  • 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds

  • 2 tbsp pistachios, shelled

  • 1 scoop collagen, optional

  • 1 scoop unflavored or vanilla protein powder


DIRECTIONS:

  1. Add all ingredients to the blender.

  2. Blend and pour into a glass or bowl.

  3. Add a sprinkle of coconut flakes and bee pollen as a topping, if desired!
