SPRING GREEN PISTACHIO & PEAR SMOOTHIE

Spring is in the air! This gorgeous and sweet combination of pistachio and pear is a delicious and satiating start to your day! Enjoy!

Serves 1
INGREDIENTS:
1/4 frozen pear
1 cup water or unsweetened nut milk
1/2 cup ice
1/4 cup frozen spinach, optional
3 tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes (or 1 tbsp coconut butter)
1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
2 tbsp pistachios, shelled
1 scoop collagen, optional
1 scoop unflavored or vanilla protein powder
DIRECTIONS:
Add all ingredients to the blender.
Blend and pour into a glass or bowl.
Add a sprinkle of coconut flakes and bee pollen as a topping, if desired!
