Rose Milk Keto Latte

This drink is delicate in flavor, not at all overpowering, and completely caffeine-free, which makes it the perfect afternoon or evening treat. I used The Reserve Collagen Booster but if you don't have this, you can infuse 1 tsp of rose petals in your hot milk or water for 5 minutes and then strain off the rose petals before making the latte.


Serves 1


INGREDIENTS:

  • 3 ounces hot water

  • 1 tsp The Reserve Collagen Booster Plant Based Collagen Booster (with Rose)

  • 1/2 tsp beet powder, optional for sweetness

  • 4 ounces steamed (or hot) milk of choice

  • 1 tsp cultured vegan butter, coconut oil, or grass-fed butter


DIRECTIONS:

  1. In a blender, add all ingredients and blend for 15 seconds.

  2. Pour into a mug and sip.
