This recipe is super simple and easy by using pre-cut beef stew meat. I purchased my package from my local grass-fed and finished cattle farmer, White Angus Ranch (but you should be able to find local pre-cut kabob or stewing beef at your local grocer). There is very little fat to trim (if any), reducing my prep time which is always a kitchen win. It means a super quick and nourishing meal can be on the table FAST! Feel free to use any cut of beef that you like for these delicious bites.

Serves 4
INGREDIENTS:
1 pound of beef stew meat, or steak meat of choice, cubed
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp avocado oil, olive oil, butter, or ghee
1/2 tsp truffle salt (or regular sea salt is fine)
Pepper, to taste
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add oil or butter to the pan.
Next take the cubed steak and add it to the pan. Sprinkle with garlic powder, a few dashes of the Worcestershire sauce, and a sprinkle of the truffle salt and pepper.
Let sear on one side without moving, about 3-4 minutes.
Using tongs or a spatula, flip the steak pieces over in the oil. Let cook without moving for another 3-4 minutes, or until desired doneness is reached.
Remove from pan and serve. We love this dish with a side of cauliflower rice and turnip "fries".
